The Financial Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance analysis. This role provides strategic support and guidance to senior management by delivering financial insights that drive business decision-making and optimize financial performance.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Prepare financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results versus budget/forecast and providing insightful variance explanations.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure financial and operational performance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in coordination with accounting teams.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess business risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve financial planning tools, processes, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
