Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Expert for a global pharmaceutical client in the United States. The role is hybrid with onsite travel 1-2 times per month across US sites, including Chicago, New Jersey, LA, Orange County, Texas and Costa Rica.

The candidate will lead supply chain transformation and deployment, bridging business needs with SAP/advanced planning technology, and deploying a new global planning operating model across US manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years Big Pharma experience
• Strong manufacturing experience
• Global supply chain planning experience
• Experience with SAP and/or advanced planning tools

Responsibilities

• Deploy new supply-planning processes across multiple sites
• Drive people, process and technology adoption
• Support site teams through implementation, go-live and stabilisation
• Work hands-on with SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA or equivalent
• Act as the link between business users and technology teams

For our global pharmaceutical client we are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Expert in the US!

Title: Supply Chain Planning Expert

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until end of year 2027 + Extensions

Location: US - Hybrid - Travel onsite 1-2 times a month to any of the US sites:

• Chicago
• New Jersey
• LA
• Orange County
• Texas
• Costa Rica

Role:

• Supply Chain Transformation / Deployment Lead
• Bridge between business, supply chain and SAP/advanced planning technology
• Deploy a new global supply-planning operating model across US manufacturing sites
• Business-facing transformation role, not a conventional SAP consultant

Responsibilities:

• Deploy new supply-planning processes across multiple sites
