Job Summary
This advanced position serves as a critical link between supply chain planning and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless material availability and optimal resource utilization. The role demands a strategic thinker who can balance production requirements with customer demand while maintaining rigorous inventory controls. Working in a dynamic environment, this professional will leverage deep materials management expertise to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Identify and lead projects and initiatives to increase operational efficiencies and develop detailed resolution plans to achieve customer delivery commitments and maintain inventory targets
- Develop alternative solutions for supply shortfalls impacting internal and external customers, ensuring root cause identification and corrective action implementation
- Independently handle complex procurement challenges using sound financial, operational, and business judgment in ambiguous environments
- Develop complex supply scenarios, manage order transitions, and conduct supply reviews to enhance performance
- Coordinate component forecasting and material ordering while maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across various levels of the supply chain organization
- Support product lifecycle programs including launch, transfer, and divestment initiatives
- Execute change management activities following regulatory and local requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Maintain SAP planning parameters for assigned areas of responsibility
- Utilize effective delegation strategies to expand scope of influence

Experience
- 10+ years of total professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Supply discipline including SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Quality
- Experience in the Life Science or FMCG industry required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business studies, computer science, industrial engineering, economics, or an equivalent qualification
