Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or operations.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Ability to analyze data and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with suppliers, internal teams, DCs, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain ASN, PO information, shipment updates, and inventory records.
• Monitor inbound shipments, supplier delivery schedules, inventory levels, and potential supply risks.
• Review POs for timing, quantities, SKU accuracy, and alignment with planning needs.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to POs, shipments, supplier updates, and inventory records.
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for supply chain planning and visibility.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Merchandising, DCs, and Suppliers for accurate information flow.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator for an opportunity in Huntersville, NC. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, procurement, or operations who wants to build a career within a large, stable, Fortune 500 distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Advance Shipping Notices, purchase order information, shipment updates, and inventory tracking records.
• Monitor inbound shipments, supplier delivery schedules, inventory levels, and potential supply risks to support product availability.
• Review purchase orders for timing, quantities, SKU accuracy, and alignment with inventory planning needs.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, shipments, supplier updates, and inventory records.
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support supply chain planning and operational visibility.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Merchandising, Distribution Centers, and Suppliers to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $16.89 to $20.94 per hour.
• Job type: Contract/Temporary.
• Schedule: Hybrid.
• On-site Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Remote Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP or ERP system experience.
• Inventory planning, replenishment, or supply planning experience.
• S&OP or SIOP exposure.
• APICS or ASCM certification or coursework.
• Experience working in wholesale trade, distribution, import-export, manufacturing, or operations environments.
