Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Spring 2027 Supply Planning Co-Op to join our global COE team for a 6-month assignment.

The role offers opportunity to work on planning projects, improve process documentation, and contribute to key metrics within a leading science-driven company. You will develop skills in supply chain planning, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting our Planning COE and its initiatives.

Job Title: Supply Planning Co-Op

The Role:

Our site in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Supply Planning Center of Excellence Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven candidate that has experience in supply chain and/or is working to get their degree in Supply Chain Management. This role will have responsibility for supporting our Planning COE team in defining global planning standards, documenting and creating training materials for our those standard process.

This role will have responsibility for supporting our Planning COE team in defining global planning standards, documenting and creating training materials for our those standard process.

What You’ll Do:

Work on small and large projects impacting our global planning organization.

Work closely with other Supply Chain COE team members to improve our end-to-end supply chain process documentation.

Support initiatives to enhance our reporting and metrics for our planning organization.

Analyze and report out on our planning key performance indicators, highlighting areas were improvement is needed and where we have made progress towards meeting our goals.

Support initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems.

Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices adoption among superusers/planners.

What We Seek:

A candidate working on their Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous Internship within Supply Chain is a plus!

Demonstrated leadership experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

Working towards a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Eligibility:

Must be a currently enrolled student.

Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.

Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program.
