Job summary

Continental is seeking a Service Center SCP Analyst to provide standardized back-office support for Supply Management Americas via recurring analytics and structured processes from Fort Mill. The role focuses on dashboard maintenance, data quality, and routine analytics to ensure reliable service delivery.

The analyst will support master data maintenance, parameter management, and standardized checks while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of work experience.
Strong attention to detail in repetitive transactional and analytical work.
Knowledge in PowerBI dashboards for large-scale datasets, incl. DAX & Power Query.
Exposure to Supply Chain Analytics, reporting, dashboard maintenance and/or shared-services process execution is preferred.
Effective cross-cultural collaboration in a global environment across time zones.
Proficient level of English is required.
Willing to work on night-shift schedules, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain & refresh dashboard applications.
Troubleshoot data flow issues leading to dashboard refresh errors.
Perform punch list improvements.
Support maintenance of systems to enable reliable planning outputs.
Execute Standardized data checks through predefined criteria.
Maintain planning parameters according to documented procedures.
Escalate parameter exceptions for further troubleshooting & decision.
Maintain Supply Management scorecard and refresh backorder report.
Run documented un-confirmation checklists and upscale exceptions.
Ensure timely and consistent delivery of other routine analytics as directed.
Execute assigned recurring activities according to documented procedures.
Monitor completion of scheduled tasks and reports.
Escalate exceptions outside documented procedures.
Identify repetitive manual activities and support process cleanup & standardization.
Contribute to reporting improvement activities for recurring tasks.
Maintain documentation of work instructions and contribute to service catalog creation.
