Continental is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A and Operations, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights across multiple lines of business. The role emphasizes Excel, Power BI, and data modeling to partner with operational leaders, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will deliver proactive analyses, collaborate with IT to build real-time dashboards, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, Power Pivot, complex formulas.
• Strong Power BI, Power Query, dashboard development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on business unit financials with variances and insights.
• Prepare financial reporting and analyses for client meetings.
• Identify process improvements and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT to develop dashboards and tools for real-time insights.
• Investigate and resolve financial variances as they arise.
• Develop pro formas and analyze performance vs. plans.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and accruals for clients.
• Create KPI scorecards and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Lead reporting automation initiatives for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and analyses.
• Monitor drivers to identify risks and opportunities and trends.
• Summarize analyses into concise executive recommendations.
