Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst to turn data into actionable business insights that improve demand forecasting, inventory levels, and supplier performance across manufacturing and distribution environments.

You will collaborate with Planning, Sales, Operations and IT to build reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, analyze ERP data, and support S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or related areas.
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and explain findings.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data from ERP and other business systems.
• Improve demand forecasts using history and trends.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support the monthly S&OP process.
• Analyze inventory levels, availability, and turns.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs.
• Identify trends or issues in demand, inventory, suppliers, costs.
• Investigate root causes and recommend solutions.
• Work with IT to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Turn data into clear recommendations.
• Support projects to improve processes and efficiency.
