The role translates production needs into material requirements, creates schedules, and aligns deliveries to minimize downtime and waste in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Procurement to provide timely material status reports, identify risks, and support continuous

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3+ years’ Supply Chain Management experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and production scheduling principles
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Create and update weekly or daily production schedules
• Convert production needs into material requirements via MRP
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Procurement teams
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve supply disruptions
• Escalate risks and contribute to continuous improvement
