Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage orders, shipments and inquiries within our Fulfillment team. You will work with multiple teams to optimize customer experience and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years of supply chain experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SAP ECC and Oracle Fusion. Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supply chain experience.
• Understanding of supply chain systems and structures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
• Experience with SAP ECC/fulfillment systems and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Optimize customer experience and ensure timely resolution for client dealer channel; review and authorize credits.
• Reply to and resolve dealer questions and internal partner emails.
• Receive, enter and validate customer orders; reserve inventory and determine delivery dates.
• Generate, analyze and monitor open order reports to validate system integrity, SLA, EDI and IDOCs.
• Maintain relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery and communicate backorders; resolve picking, shipping and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with Allocation Planning to clear backorders, build loads, release orders to DC and drive daily open order reviews with channel managers.
• Resolve return exceptions and coordinate deductions with Finance, Channel Manager and Customer; authorize replacements or credits.
• Identify root causes of process failures and implement improvements.
• Undertake other duties/projects as assigned by management.
