Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Planner I at our U.S. Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. The role plans and orders materials for production, using ERP to ensure inventory and on-time delivery, while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

The position is full-time and onsite (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with some floor time. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment analyzing and recommending material replenishment is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• APICS certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes changes in demand and orders and reschedules materials to support production within ERP.
• Selects transportation mode to meet requirements while minimizing costs.
• Maintains adequate stock levels to support production and spare parts demand.
• Analyzes material requirements and makes procurement recommendations based on internal and external requests.
• Communicates with suppliers regarding material challenges from demand fluctuations, delays, and quality issues.
• Maintains ERP master data including lead times, lot sizes, planning strategies, reorder points, and related parameters.
• Keeps records and documentation of past planning and procurement activities.
• Works cross-functionally to resolve issues with missing, defective, or unacceptable goods.
