TRISO-X in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive ERP readiness, architecture, and strategic planning. You will guide staff on business initiatives, perform data analysis, and shape long-term ERP and process improvements to support operations.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, 5+ years in supply chain or related roles, and the ability to collaborate across procurement, facilities, and IT.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or similar field is required.
  • Typically five years of experience in a supply chain planning, business systems, or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute both short-term and long-term business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementation execution and develop supporting architecture solutions.
  • Analyze and inform upon cost-effective warehousing and material flow management solutions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, facilities, and IT/data to identify compliance requirements early and integrate into executable plans.
  • Create and implement organizational systems and procedures.
  • Analyze current operations and forecast future business needs.

  • Deliver business support plans on time to enable leadership decisions on cost, schedule, risk, and compliance.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans early with clear ownership and escalation protocols.
  • Ensure Supply Chain has a predictable delivery schedule and minimal rework for operations readiness.
  • Design plans aligning with nuclear quality and regulatory requirements, supporting NRC and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to reduce execution disruptions and improve predictability.
  • Standardize planning processes for repeatability and improved team maturity.
  • Develop business reports and presentations.
  • Create operating and capital budgets with leadership input.
  • Develop cost containment/reduction strategies.
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

This role develops, implements, and manages Supply Chain business strategies and plans to help achieve organizational goals.

This role provides guidance and support to staff members on a variety of business initiatives and activities, and independently performs data analysis to identify trends and to design and execute strategic plans.

Initially, a main focus for this role will be to lead the establishment of ERP implementation readiness and architecture.

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans and strategies as requested.
  • Deliver business support plans on time, enabling leadership team members to make informed decisions on cost, schedule, risk, and compliance.
  • Monitor and identify potential risks, develop and implement mitigation plans early, defining clear ownership and escalation protocols to reduce reactive responses and late-stage project surprises.
  • Ensure Supply Chain has a predictable delivery schedule with minimal rework to ensure that they are ready when needed by operations.
  • Design plans to align with nuclear quality and regulatory requirements, supporting NRC and audit readiness.

  • Ability to meet export control requirements.
Location & Work Site Expectations

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Work Site Expectations: 5 days onsite

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives. Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual’s qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is: $98,500 -$116,000
