Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Experience as an Operations Coordinator in Materials Management preferred.
• CPIM and/or CMRP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team to complete department work efficiently.
• Analyzes departmental processes to optimize system resources.
• Establishes productivity standards and KPIs; monitors performance.
• Determines workforce requirements through analysis of volume and productivity.
• Ensures training, orientation, and SOP compliance.
• Prepares departmental reports with financial and KPI insights.
• Interviews, hires, coaches and conducts annual evaluations with development plans.
