Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of healthcare materials management experience preferred.
• Certification such as CMRP or CPIM preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Knowledgeable in materials management software (McKesson Pathways / eMerald, Intek WLIB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Materials Resource Management team with supply chain knowledge to enhance quantity, quality and value of services.
• Knowledge of regulations governing areas of responsibility, as applicable.
• Works in a project management environment and supports multiple projects concurrently.
• Works rapidly and accurately under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Able to work independently with limited direction and set own deadlines/priorities.
• Interacts with System department managers and business partners; maintains high, quantifiable customer service levels.
• Reviews departmental processes to ensure efficiency and provides timely management reports.
