Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Lean/Six Sigma exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and IE principles.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, labor utilization, and material flow.
• Develop labor standards and productivity metrics.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis.
• Improve inventory management and replenishment strategies.
• Analyze transportation and distribution networks to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Use simulation and data analysis tools to evaluate performance.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement.
