Job summary

Toyota Deutschland GmbH in Plano, TX seeks a passionate Analyst to lead the development, sustainment and Kaizen of a TPS Parts Supply Chain, reporting to the Logistics Planning Manager.

You will optimize freight routes, collaborate with NAMCs, Service Part Centers, and suppliers, and drive cost reductions through data-driven insights, with monthly planning cycles and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IS, statistics, mathematics, or supply chain, or 4+ years in planning.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional groups to achieve goals.
• Strong data analysis and quantitative methods.
• Proven communication skills for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize external parts delivery supply chain network.
• Develop and sustain relationships with Customers and Suppliers to ensure low-cost, smooth operations.
• Foster growth with problem solving, quality, analytics, and deep operational knowledge.
• Create innovative cost Kaizen opportunities in a $1B+ logistics spend.
• Achieve daily milestones and monthly logistics design updates.
