• Education: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supports and models the mission and philosophy of Billings Clinic and department/service.
• Counts and refills supplies from predetermined par levels and generates pick lists.
• Uses computer systems to check inventory, issue quantities, and locate supplies.
• Receives shipments, verifies against orders, and ensures proper packing and labeling.
• Tracks inventory, maintains orderly stock areas, and updates records for on-hand quantities.
• Rotates through warehouse duties including ordering, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and Accounting regarding product arrivals and discrepancies.
• Performs routine data entry and supports other Supply Chain operations as needed.
