Billings Clinic is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Technician (Per Diem) to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery of stock and non-stock supplies across departments. You will perform data entry, handle par levels, and assist with quality control in a dynamic hospital environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong customer service, and the ability to rotate through several functions. Per diem schedule; day and evening shifts; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to rotate through multiple supply chain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving; handle inventory and fill stock orders.
• Deliver stock and non-stock supplies, including medications and lab items.
• Data entry, use computer and telephone, quality control inspections.
• Train and orient newly assigned staff; rotate through job functions.
• Assist with packing, shipping, receiving discrepancies with Purchasing.
