Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support role in La Vergne, TN. You will run reports, assist leaders, and provide data-driven insights to improve workflows in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will coordinate with clerical and supervisory teams, ensure system compliance, and support multiple warehouse functions. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with WMS systems are required, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

1+ years of basic Microsoft Excel computer skills.
1+ years of basic knowledge of WMS, Sunbeam, and related systems.
Certification in Material Handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Run reports in systems such as WMS, Sunbeam or other systems.
Assist department leader in managing workflow.
Provide information to supervisors to meet reporting and metric requirements.
Communicate information to departmental teams.
Analyze data and develop recommendations for action.
Maintain systems during upgrades or changes.
Ensure compliance with systems and SOPs and audit activity.
Coordinate major changes to systems.
Collaborate with clerical, supervisors and managers.
Interact with customer service to expedite high-touch requests and resolve issues.
Provide support for operations specialist roles in other departments.
Provide backup in warehouse areas as needed.
Direct associate concerns to department leader.
