Job summary

Staples in La Vergne, TN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our supply chain team. You may work in one of several areas performing material handling, shipping, receiving, and replenishment, with safety as a priority.

The role offers a day shift 5:00am-1:30pm, retention bonus program, shoes after 60 days, and benefits for full-time staff. Join us to support essential customer orders with our Staples team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required for full-time associates.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds and work at heights as needed.
• Safety shoes must be worn.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick/move products up to 100 lbs.
• Work in one of six areas: Bulk/Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, Shipping.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and resolve discrepancies with teammates.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external contacts.
• Support continuous safety culture and efficiency goals.
