Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership and operations experience to manage day-to-day activities in a warehouse setting. You will oversee staff development, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires 4 years of relevant experience, familiarity with MS Office and scanner equipment, and openness to overtime or flexible scheduling. A related Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience (preferred).
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) (preferred).

• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience (preferred)
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience (preferred)
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) (preferred)
