Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a logistics supervisor to lead warehousing operations and quality initiatives. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure commitments are met and maintain compliance with quality standards.

The role requires 4 years of supervisory experience, AS9100/ISO exposure, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and scanner equipment. A Bachelor’s in Logistics is preferred, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience.
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
• Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills.
