Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a warehouse operations leader to oversee and develop a skilled team in Houston. You will ensure customer commitments are met, uphold quality standards, and guide supervisors on personnel, safety, and process improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience in warehousing/3PL, Lean Six Sigma know-how, and strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Four years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehousing or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments.
• Strong problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
