Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage warehousing activities in Houston, TX. You will lead staff, ensure quality and safety, coordinate maintenance, and drive process improvements.

The role requires 4 years of logistics experience, 4 years in supervisory roles, and familiarity with ISO/AS9100 environments; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred).
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience (preferred).
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred).

• Ensure records are maintained appropriately and reports are completed in a timely manner.
• Adhere to and enforce all safe work practices, ensuring the warehouse is compliant with OSHA and other pertinent standards/regulations.
