Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support warehouse and materials management, shipping, receiving, and inventory controls. You will monitor inventory integrity, process POs, and ensure safety on the loading dock while collaborating with QA/QC and leadership.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. First shift, with a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
  • 2+ years ERP experience.
  • Strong inventory and warehouse operations knowledge.
  • Proficient with MS Office and G-Suite.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for logistics functions.
  • Monitor inventory integrity and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain loading dock, warehouse safety and cleanliness.
  • Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items.
  • Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Respond to internal inquiries professionally.
  • Track non-conforming parts and quarantine damaged items with QA/QC guidance.
  • Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.
  • Follow safety guidelines and proper hazmat storage and shipping.
  • Identify and report KPIs; support leadership on other tasks.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed.

Join the power movement as a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

As a member of the CFS Supply Chain Operations Team, this associate is responsible for assisting the department in meeting company objectives through warehouse and materials management. Ensures timely processing of shipping, receiving and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, will be thoroughly organized and have the ability to manage a variety of tasks.

first shift - Monday - Friday
Pay range: $30-40/hour

What you’ll do:
  • Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet CFS logistics related job functions
  • Monitor and control inventory integrity; resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Maintain physical condition of loading dock, warehouse and ensure safety protocols are observed
  • Receive and verify purchase orders, and stock items appropriately
  • Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, reconciliations and report the findings
  • Respond to internal customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Track, report, identify non-conforming or damaged parts, and quarantine damaged products during an incoming inspection with guidance from QA/QC team(s)
  • Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.
  • Obey all CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse; correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors while maintaining a clean work environment
  • Ensure compliance with CFS HAZMAT storage and shipping plans
  • Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Other tasks as reasonably requested by leadership
  • Ability to operate various material handling equipment
What we’re looking for:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP functionality (required)
  • Exceptional understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
  • Understanding of ERP functionality
  • Strong computer skills with MS office and G-Suite applications
  • Possess problem-solving skills with a bias for speed
  • Learn quickly and adapt to new information and environments
  • Able to work with minimal supervision to follow through on assignments and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize job functions to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrate integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, collaboration, creativity, and agility
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with exceptionally tight deadlines with frequent interruptions and distractions
  • Address problems with a positive, creative, collaborative approach, always keeping the customer experience in mind
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to write concise, logical and grammatically correct business correspondence

Must-have requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Perform activities such as stopping, typing, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time
  • Dedication to safety to mitigate hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics

$30 - $40 an hour

Salary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Benefits include:
