Job summary

Sika, a global specialty chemicals company, seeks an Inventory Analyst to oversee master data and inventory management. You will ensure data integrity across supply chain, optimize inventory levels, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet business goals.

The role reports to the VP of Supply Chain and requires strong ERP experience, Excel proficiency, and effective communication in a collaborative environment. This position is based in Lewisville, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business management.
• APIC certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, master data, or inventory management.
• Experience with data analytics and daily metrics reporting.
• Proficient with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master data workflow from creation to release of material codes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set up codes accurately.
• Collaborate with demand planning to ensure code creation and forecasting.
• Lead initiatives to cleanse and maintain master data.
• Train local users on master data best practices.
• Maintain understanding of business processes affecting master data.
• Identify actions to optimize inventory and reduce slow-moving stock.
• Lead monthly inventory review meetings and manage the inventory matrix.
• Support VP of Supply Chain with additional projects as needed.
