Job summary

Sika is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage master data and optimize inventory in its Kentucky operations. You will work under the VP of Supply Chain to ensure accurate data, robust processes, and strong cross-functional collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Supply Chain or Business Management; APICS certification a plus.
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, master data, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master data workflow from creation to release of material codes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate code setup.
• Collaborate with demand planning for code creation and forecast.
• Lead initiatives to cleanse and maintain master data.
• Train local users on master data best practices.
• Facilitate monthly inventory review meetings and manage the matrix.
• Identify slow-moving inventory and drive corrective actions.
