Advantech USA is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Management in Milpitas, CA, onsite. You will lead the development of supply chain strategies, demand planning, logistics, and inventory optimization to ensure efficient sourcing, production, and distribution.

The role requires strong leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will drive DSN-based digital transformation, define KPIs, and oversee monthly/quarterly SCM reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience.
• Experience with SAP SD/PP/MM modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• DSN direction for digital transformation of SCM processes.
• Define supply chain KPIs with executives.
• Develop SCM OKRs to drive process improvements.
• Plan demand with monthly S&OP meetings with sales and business owners.
• Plan supply with S&OP meetings with HQ SCM and suppliers.
• Analyze SCM performance and report monthly/quarterly results.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Negotiate with carriers for cost-effective ocean/air shipments.
• Maintain and manage demand-supply in SAP.
