Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs with best-in-class methodologies.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels; create impactful presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with global cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging data insights to enhance efficiency.
• Develop reports that drive business performance using analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau, etc.).
• Document all phases of project and process development and share knowledge across the organization.
