Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Hendersonville, NC, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations. The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires coordinating production schedules, inventory, and logistics to keep the plant running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain, strong communication, detail-orientation, and excellent time management. Experience in food/beverage manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures production schedule is in proper sequence to minimize product carryover and maintain efficiency.
• Manages warehouse inventory for finished goods, raw materials, and ingredients.
• Coordinates verification of production and reviews formula recovery versus actual cases in QAD.
• Coordinates cycle counts with inventory supervisor to maintain accurate inventories.
• Manages production schedule, logistics, and purchasing of ingredients and packaging materials; partners with supply chain supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as required.
