Responsibilities

• Ensures production schedule is in the proper sequence to minimize product carryover while maintaining efficiency.
• Manages inventory of the warehouse for finished goods, raw materials, and ingredients.
• Coordinates verification of production against prior day’s production by reviewing formula recovery versus actual cases.
• Coordinates cycle counts with inventory supervisor to keep accurate inventories.
• Manages production schedule, logistics, purchases of ingredients, and packaging materials to supply production.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
