Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, TX, seeks a Manager, Supply Chain for CPFR- Builder Channel to lead supply planning and allocation across Digital Appliance categories.

You will coordinate with SEA Sales, Marketing, and SEC Global to optimize inventories and drive revenue recognition while managing a team of CPFR planners. Travel up to 10% may be required; strong leadership, executive briefing experience, and ability to navigate a matrix organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in supply chain fields such as planning, forecasting or innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years managing people in a matrix organization.
• Confident communication with executives across functions.
• Experience using market insights to drive strategy.
• Bilingual Korean and English helpful for global ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and allocation for DA product categories.
• Collaborate with SEA Sales/Marketing and SEC Global for optimization.
• Manage inventory, KPI tracking and revenue recognition.
• Lead a team of CPFR planners to meet targets.
• Provide weekly executive briefings and reports.
• Engage with external customers and HQ reps; travel up to 10%.
