Job summary

Northwood Executive Search Ltd is partnering with a global leader in medical technology to appoint a Supply Chain Manager for a high-impact leadership role, ideally in Jacksonville.

You will lead end-to-end planning activities—forecasting, inventory management, production planning, materials management, purchasing coordination, and distribution—and collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Logistics to drive planning excellence and service levels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing or logistics.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Strong experience in forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and S&OP.
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, or similar industries is desirable.
• APICS / CPIM / CSCP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning activities across forecasting, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and distribution.
• Drive S&OP and planning processes to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Optimise inventory levels while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Partner with manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure reliable supply performance.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor supply chain professionals within the team.

This position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities across forecasting, inventory management, production planning, materials management, purchasing coordination, and distribution. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of products that make a meaningful difference to patients' lives.

Working cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Commercial teams, Customer Service, and Logistics, you'll drive planning excellence, optimise inventory performance, and lead a team focused on delivering outstanding service and operational results.
