Job summary

Amazon Nashville seeks a Supply Chain Manager II to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives and design long-term solutions for a fast-growing fulfillment network. You will work with Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Science to optimize performance across programs and countries.

You will drive data-driven improvements, balance speed and cost, and communicate findings to senior leadership while navigating stakeholder dynamics in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex supply chain initiatives with significant impact.
