Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team and lead ambiguous initiatives, designing long-term solutions for our ultra-fast fulfillment network in Canada. You will tackle planning, launch, and network optimization with both tactical and strategic impact.

You will work across Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Science to balance speed, cost, and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex supply chain initiatives with considerable impact.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to strategic narratives and communicating across diverse functions.
• Implement long-term supply chain strategies that balance speed, cost, and service performance.
• Drive process improvements that impact organizational goals across programs and potentially multiple countries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Science to optimize supply chain performance.
• Navigate contentious issues across stakeholder teams, building consensus and influencing without authority.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and implement scalable solution.
