Job summary

NOV is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to manage end-to-end operations including demand planning, MRP execution, purchasing, and inventory management.

You will lead planning activities, ensure material availability for production, and optimize inventory levels within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in JDE and Conversight is required to drive supplier performance and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with JD Edwards (JDE) transactions and processes.
  • Experience with MRP planning and execution.
  • Experience using Conversight for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and onboarding new vendors.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, MRP execution, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure material availability to support production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Lead planning activities utilizing MRP tools and processes to optimize inventory levels and supply continuity.
  • Execute and oversee purchasing transactions, supplier orders, and material flow within JDE (JD Edwards).
  • Develop, qualify, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Drive supplier performance related to quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost.
  • Utilize Conversight and other analytics tools to monitor supply chain performance, identify risks, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and finance teams to support business objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity and transactional accuracy across supply chain systems.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service levels, and inventory performance.

  • Demonstrated experience with MRP planning and execution.
  • Experience utilizing Conversight for reporting, analytics, and operational decision support.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and new vendor setup processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
