Supply Chain Manager, Global Raw Materials & Device Planning

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Global Raw Materials and Device (RMD) Supply Chain team. This role involves managing raw material requirements for new product introductions, ensuring system accuracy, and developing robust supply plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Global Operations, NPI, and External Supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to determine raw material needs for clinical and commercial demand based on LRS.
• Participate in governance processes for Raw Material and Device identification to build accurate planning BOMs.
• Conduct Change Control Assessments on Supplier Change Notifications.
• Ensure master data related to planning and sourcing is accurately maintained.
• Engage with the RM Early Engagement Control Tower.
• Review and ensure accuracy of network-wide master data.
• Lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders across functions to support supply chain goals.

Qualifications

Basic: Masters degree + 2 years in Manufacturing or Supply Chain OR Bachelors + 4 years OR Associate degree + 10 years.

Preferred: Degree in engineering, business, or life sciences; experience in regulated manufacturing; expertise in Lean, Six Sigma; SAP ERP and RapidResponse experience; skills in data analysis tools like Tableau or Spotfire.
