Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate losses to improve warehouse flow and end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead delivery and startup of new equipment and initiatives.
• Control and optimize inventory using WMS and processes.
• Manage timely shipping and receiving of orders and supply.
• Design and use digital tools to drive scale and simplification.
• Develop standards to meet performance targets and supplier of choice.
• Engage with robotics and automation technologies in operations.
• Plan scheduling and capacity for production and material supply.
• Support the launch of new products to market.
• Coach and train teams to build capability and performance.
• Ensure freight capacity and reliable transportation.
