Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory control, purchasing procedures, and cross-site collaboration for electronics manufacturing. The role focuses on optimizing supply chains, maintaining on-hand inventory, and ensuring timely production.

You will supervise a team of Buyers, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement through data and metrics. Strong Excel/Access skills and manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry.
• Must have prior supervisory experience & strong people management skills.
• Must have significant experience with inventory control, logistics, materials requirement planning, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of buyers and coordinators; set goals and track progress.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure on-time production.
• Lead supplier negotiations and monitor price, quality and delivery metrics.
• Improve shipping, receiving, and inventory processes to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Interface with program managers on forecasting and customer orders.
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures across materials and department functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
