Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA) seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead forecasting, inventory planning and risk mitigation across DA product categories.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and external partners, driving initiatives with SEA and global stakeholders, including travel up to 10% to Suwon and customer sites. You will manage a team of planners and coordinate with multiple functions to achieve revenue recognition and forecast accuracy, while optimizing inventory across

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, Forecasting or Innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of managing people and teams.
• Experience leading indirect cross-functional resources in a matrix organization.
• Ability to communicate with executives across functions and teams weekly.
• Experience leveraging market and industry insights to execute strategy.
• Strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Korean and English is helpful for communications with global offices.

Responsibilities

• Own subsidiary level supply forecasts for a range of product categories.
• Ensure financial forecast achievement by the subsidiary.
• Provide early warning and mitigation for inventory risks.
• Guide teams to mitigate internal and customer supply chain and financial risks.
• Define and execute supply chain projects and initiatives for the team.
