Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Dallas, Texas seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain PSI Planning and Fulfillment to lead planning and allocation for Digital Appliance categories.

The role will coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Global Operations to optimize supply levels and forecast accuracy while guiding a team of PSI Planners. You will manage inventory, KPI tracking, revenue recognition and cross-functional initiatives, with travel up to 15% and regular executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years Managing People and Teams.
• Experience in leading indirect cross functional resources in a matrix organization.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization including weekly Executive level engagement across multiple functions and teams.
• Experience leveraging market and industry insights to develop a vison and execution strategy.
• Strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Bilingual Korean and English helpful for communications with Global Factories and Offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Planning and Allocation for SEA Sales Subsidiary.
• Coordinate with SEA Sales, Marketing and Global Operations to optimize supply levels.
• Manage inventory allocation and fulfillment to recognize revenue.
• Oversee KPI tracking and exception management.
• Provide weekly executive briefings and reports.
• Lead discussions with external customers and SEC Global representatives.
