HARTING Americas is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead local process improvement projects across the Americas sites. You will manage daily supply chain operations, drive regional initiatives, and support sourcing, planning and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6-8 years in SCM, 5 years of leadership, and strong SAP experience. Excellent English is essential.

• Experience in automotive/electrical/assembly environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily supply chain processes in the Americas aligned with company objectives.
• Lead localized improvement projects within warehouse, planning, and logistics areas.
• Serve as project manager for local special projects with time and budget adherence.
• Analyze regional KPIs for monthly management reviews.
• Execute root-cause analysis on process escalations and customer complaints.
• Deliver training programs and ensure staff are trained on supply chain processes.
• Conduct routine internal process audits to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Review and approve standard daily inventory adjustments for assigned plants.
• Coordinate local data and workflows to support audits with customers and external bodies.
• Maintain communication with counterparts in global affiliates and regional HQ.
• Place critical purchase orders and lead negotiations with local suppliers.
• Oversee day-to-day activities across warehouse, planning, logistics, and sourcing.

Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager. Manages local Supply Chain Process Improvement Projects for assigned Americas sites. Ensures process compliance to achieve operational excellence. Oversees day-to-day planning team activities and supports local sourcing initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:

• Manages the execution of daily supply chain processes aligned with company objectives.
• Leads localized improvement projects within specific warehouse, planning, and logistics areas.
• Serves as project manager for local special projects to ensure time and budget adherence.
• Consolidates and analyzes regional Key Performance Indicators (Service Level, Backlog, MCV, SDoH, Customer Complaints) for monthly management reviews.
• Supports senior leadership by executing initial root-cause analysis on process escalations and customer complaints.
• Delivers established training programs and ensures local personnel are fully trained on supply chain processes.
• Conducts routine internal process audits to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Reviews and approves standard, daily inventory adjustments for assigned plants.
• Coordinates local data and workflows to support customer and external process audits.
• Maintains operational communication with counterparts in global affiliates and regional headquarters.
• Places critical purchase orders and leads standard negotiations with local suppliers.
• Oversees day-to-day tactical activities across warehouse, planning, logistics, and sourcing functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills And Experience To Thrive In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree from a college or university.
• 6-8 years of related experience in Supply Chain roles.
• 5 years of experience supervising or leading professional supply chain teams.
• Hands-on SAP system experience is required.
• Experience in automotive, electrical, or assembly environments is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Note: Extensive relevant experience and demonstrated expertise may substitute for the required degree

Compensation

• HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.
• Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 dlls per hour(commensurate with experience)
• This role is eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus.
