Job summary

The role involves supporting student recruitment and working with the Program Director to ensure program quality. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus instructional experience and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and LMS platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of industry, secondary, post-secondary, technical instructional or training experience.
• Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 3-5 years of industry-specific experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations, including ERP/WMS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare thoroughly for each instructional hour and deliver instruction effectively.
• Instruct seated and online classes and maintain attendance records.
• Design curriculum and a schedule of instruction aligned to program outcomes.
• Assist with recruiting students into the program and communicate with the Program Director.
• Maintain regular office hours and provide timely feedback on student work.
• Use diverse assessment techniques to improve learning and maintain accessibility standards.
