Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain & Logistics to lead demand planning, inventory management, and procurement activities in Pennington, NJ.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Operations to align forecasts and optimize finished goods flow. The candidate should bring strong ERP data analysis, SAP experience, and team leadership with 3–5 years in supply chain roles within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related major.
• Requires 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, procurement, or supply planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain long-term demand forecasts for existing and new products across Zydus affiliates/CMO using the ERP system, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with all CMO partners for current and upcoming new product launches.
• Prepare and provide data to support bid management by balancing inventory on hand, demand, and lead time to optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Operations to develop accurate demand forecasts, ensuring volume assumptions are aligned and communicated across units.
• Prepare inventory expiry reports, inventory-versus-demand reports, and RSP files to support supply planning and business decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights and participate in the S&OP process, including supply review meetings.
