Job summary

Solx seeks a supply chain professional for its Aguadilla, Puerto Rico operations to plan purchases, manage inventory, and oversee inbound/outbound logistics for a high-volume line.

Ideal candidates bring an Associate or BS in a related field, 2+ years in manufacturing supply chain, ERP and data skills, and strong organizational abilities; Puerto Rico freight knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or BS in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related — or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics in manufacturing.
• ERP experience and strong spreadsheet / data skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico logistics and freight a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and place purchase orders for cells, glass, encapsulant, frames, and supplies.
• Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and material flow to the line.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including island freight and customs.
• Track supplier performance, lead times, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain ERP data and traceability records.
• Partner with production planning to meet the build schedule.
