Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to optimize vendor performance and drive continuous improvement across warehousing and logistics operations. You will develop vendor scorecards, monitor KPIs, and prepare executive reports, acting as the bridge between Supply Chain and external vendors.

Your work will support strategic initiatives and scalable growth. The role requires 2+ years in supply chain operations, proficiency with Excel/Power BI, and experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, vendor management, project management, or procurement.
  • Experience managing external supplier relationships and vendor performance programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and supplier operations.
  • Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement process improvement solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, suppliers, manufacturers, and other supply chain vendors.
  • Monitor supplier performance against established KPIs and develop a feedback system.
  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, performance dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities through vendor performance analysis.
  • Lead vendor business reviews and coordinate corrective action plans for underperforming suppliers.
  • Partner with Procurement, Operations, Accounting, and Development teams to align supplier performance with business objectives.
  • Support onboarding, training, and governance processes for new vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain vendor documentation, operating procedures, and compliance records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized processes across supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, service improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Support audits, process reviews, and compliance activities related to supply chain vendors.
  • Analyze operational data and stakeholder feedback to recommend process enhancements and supplier optimization strategies.
  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives supporting supply chain growth and scalability.

QTS Data Centers is expanding its supply chain capabilities to support rapid growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on managing supplier performance, improving vendor-related processes, driving operational consistency, and supporting strategic initiatives across the supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain and external vendors, ensuring accountability, performance visibility, and continuous improvement across logistics and warehouse operations. This individual will play a critical role in developing vendor scorecards, managing supplier communications, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that strengthen QTS's supply chain network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers or transportation vendors.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, operational documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with contract management and supplier performance review processes.
  • Experience working in a high-growth infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or data center environment.
