Job summary

VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage the flow of shipments by coordinating with carriers and responding to customer inquiries. The role includes reviewing booking details, arranging special shipping needs, and ensuring accurate shipping documents.

You will track shipping issues, prepare invoices, and uphold service quality standards while collaborating with suppliers and warehouse teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse operations is essential.
• Knowledge of dispatching processes and transportation management systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience

• Knowledge of dispatching processes and transportation management systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
