Worldwide Window Fashions is hiring a Supply Chain & Logistics Trainee (Supervisory Track) for our Philadelphia, PA location. This full-time, on-site role focuses on learning the end-to-end global supply chain and preparing for leadership.

You’ll support dealer fulfillment, monitor international shipments, and balance imports with domestic production. Strong Excel and ERP exposure are essential, with bilingual English/Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
0–2 years of relevant experience, with exposure to ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Coordinate order pipelines and final-mile domestic freight for the B2B dealer network.
Track and monitor high-volume, international shipments and domestic freight logistics.
Identify bottlenecks in the dealer supply chain and escalate to production planners.
Balance stock levels between ready-made imported items and domestically manufactured products.
Graduate to a leadership role overseeing daily operations in logistics, dealer fulfillment, or warehouse production.
