Qualifications

Recent or upcoming graduation with an engineering degree (4-year program).
0–1 year of relevant work experience post graduation.
Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required.
Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher; internship/co-op in Supply Chain or Engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

Business Rotation: gain experience in logistics analysis, CRM, order management, problem solving, and stakeholder interfacing.
Manufacturing Rotation: contribute to operations through process engineering and supervision.
Technical Rotation: develop skills in QA, CI, external manufacturing oversight, and capital projects.
Leadership Development: participate in structured programs to boost business acumen and leadership.
Strategic Engagement: network with internal/external teams and pursue leadership opportunities.
