Job summary

Murata Vios is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping for the U.S. market. You will own PSI planning, supplier performance, and ERP/WMS processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

The role is on-site in Woodbury, MN, with responsibilities spanning domestic and international shipping, RMA handling, and collaboration with Quality and Finance to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Improve warehouse processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile ERP vs physical counts.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and RMA handling.
• Develop SOPs and training documentation; ensure QA compliance.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
